- 21st July: Eid al-Adha (day may vary)
Eid special prayers are performed in mosques across New Zealand. This festival is also known as Eid-ul Azha, Eid al-kurban, Eid al-nahr. Eid al adha also marked end of holy pilgrimage Hajj.
