Indian Independence Day

This year is India’s 75th Independence Day. Various programs are organised across New Zealand, India and the world to celebrate the day.

Multiple events are organised within India and by Indian diaspora in New Zealand and many other countries to celebrate this very special 75th independence day or Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव

On the occasion of India@75 (Azadi Ki Amrit Mahotsav), the High Commissioner of India to New Zealand would like to convey his greetings & extend a cordial invitation to the members of the Indian Community & friends of India to attend the National Day celebration being held at Mahatma Gandhi Centre/Auckland Indian Association starting 9.30 am on Sunday 15th August 2021.
