If you are unable to see the moon due to clouds, no worries. Traditional practice is to pray and eat in the morning after sunrise. In our opinion, since the exact moonrise time is accurately known nowadays, if it is too cloudy, it is acceptable to pray and eat a few minutes after the moonrise time.
