Dussera (Dussehra / दशहरा) Celebrations 2017 in Auckland
Auckland celebrates Dussehra festival on 1st Oct 2017 at Alexandra Park from 12 noon till 8pm.
Maa Durga Temple Manukau and associates presents Dussehra with 30 feet Ravan (रावण) effigy burning. The celebration also has food stalls, rides for kids, fire works, cultural activities, gidda and bhangra dance, Ramleela (रामलीला) on stage and many more.
Ample of free parking available. Alexandra Park is at 217 Greenlane Road West Epson, Auckland.
